TESSA AND ERICA WELCOME BABY ENZO INTO THE WORLD, FILLING THEIR HEARTS WITH LIGHT DESPITE THE STORM'S CHALLENGES!
Enzo made his early arrival on Wednesday, October 2nd, at 4:13 AM.
We had evacuated from Asheville the day before, following advice from Mission Hospital, and were fortunate to have connections at MUSC in Charleston. Enzo, being breech, was scheduled for a C-section on the 3rd, but Erica went into labor early Wednesday morning.
After a quick drive from Beaufort to Charleston, the incredible team at MUSC acted fast, delivering Enzo via emergency C-section. Both Erica and Enzo are doing great, and he already has quite the birth story! He has brought us so much joy and light during these dark times.
We’re staying in South Carolina until the end of the month or until our home has running water. I’ll be navigating how to rebuild Ruff Life from here, and we are so grateful for the love and support we’ve received. We’ll get through this. ❤️
